Choosing the thickness of foam for your GFRC CSIP project

Choosing the thickness of foam for your GFRC CSIP project.

GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete)

CSIP (Composite Structural Insulated Panels)

The eps foam is all about R-value. The thicker your foam the more R-value your walls will have.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) are prefabricated GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) insulated structural elements that are used in wall panel, ceiling, floor, and roof applications.  They provide superior and uniform insulation compared to more traditional construction methods. SIPs also provide an airtight dwelling, which makes a house or building more comfortable and quieter.
